Over 100 people attended a public meeting in Rooskey last night to address persistent power outages in the area.
Present on the night were local residents, Oireachtas members, councillors and ESB representatives.
Those in attendance expressed anger over ongoing electricity faults caused by fallen forestry in the area.
Elderly woman Eunice Langley told the meeting that her emergency call pendent doesn't work when the power is down.
