Roscommon auction in aid of Tisrara Community Sports Park

A Monster Auction will take place in County Roscommon this weekend to raise funds for a popular local amenity.

The major fundraiser will help with the continued development of Tisrara Community Sports Park in the south of the county.

The auction will take place in Tisrara Community Centre at 2.30 pm on Sunday afternoon.

There are over 140 lots available including livestock, bales of hay, vouchers, hampers, and veterinary and contractor products.

Director of Tisrara Sports Park Committee Brian McDonnell detailed some of the work that's currently being carried out.

Speaking to Shannonside News, he said there's been a great response so far to the event in Tisrara this Sunday.
