A Roscommon building firm has revealed major plans to redevelop the Guinness quarter of Dublin city centre.
Ballymore has submitted planning permission to Dublin City Council to regenerate and open the gates of the historic St. James's Gate site in Dublin 8.
The firm, which was established by Oran native Sean Mulryan, hopes to develop over three hundred homes as well as a network of fixed and flexible inside and outside spaces for culture and community use; more than two acres of landscaped public spaces; a Food Hall; a marketplace and commercial workspaces.
The final day for observations is September 1st with a decision not expected until later in the autumn.
