A Roscommon home care provider is calling for clarity over the frontline pandemic bonus.
The special once off payment which was announced in January was rolled out in April, however, Veronica Barrett says the payment has yet to reach many of its 330 workers.
The RHS Homecare CEO believes public representatives must now get behind frontline staff to ensure the payment reaches their accounts as soon as possible.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show earlier Veronica says the delay is unacceptable.
''The payment was a gesture of goodwill from the government on the 19th of January by Minister Donnelly and here we are now coming into the June bank holiday weekend and still our carers have not received the payment.''
