Classrooms for use by young people on the autism spectrum will be hugely improved as a result of a funding announcement for Roscommon CBS.
The funding will allow for several new purpose-built classrooms, including two special educational needs bases at the campus in Roscommon town.
School Principal Kevin Scollan says the investment will allow for the first major project at the school for some decades.
He says the school has always been dedicated to providing the best services possible to students who have special needs, and he's delighted they can improve the facilities with the new funding…
