Roscommon County Council have opened tenders for the construction of an Electric Vehicle Charging Hub at county buildings. The plans will see a block of 16 existing car parking spaces selected to house the charging hub at Aras an Chontae.
The €170,000 pilot project is being undertaken in conjunction with Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland. The tender submissions are open until the 24th of October and include elements of electrical engineering and installation of super, turbo and battery chargers.
