Average house prices across Roscommon have risen by more than 20,000 euro in the last year.
The housing report from MyHome.ie reveals the median cost of a home in the county now stands at 160,000 euro.
Meanwhile there were 292 properties for sale in Roscommon at the end of September, an increase of 25 per cent in three months.
House prices in Leitrim have also seen significant growth, with the cost of a home rising by 15,000 euro in the last year to 165,000 euro.
145 properties were on the market in Leitrim at the end of last month which is an increase of 29 percent over the last quarter.
Longford also recorded a rise of 5,000 euro in the last year with the median cost of a home now 125,000 euro.
144 were properties for sale across the county at the end of quarter three of this year, an increase of 37 per cent.
