A Roscommon Town resident says he's grateful nobody was injured following an incident which left his home severely damaged. In the early hours of Friday morning, a roof from a property on the Athlone road in the town landed on the roof of house nearby.
Michael Connaughton described the devastating damage done to the roof of his home on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning. He says although there was significant damage caused to the house, he's grateful that nobody was seriously injured:
