Roscommon man Fintan Mc Cormack is hoping to cycle a total of 352 kilometres today as he visits all the county GAA grounds in Connacht.
Fintan began cycling again during last year's pandemic and managed to raise €6,000 euro for the Midlands Simon Community when he cycled to all the 32 GAA clubs in Roscommon in one day.
His efforts today are in aid of Cancer Care West and he began in the early hours of this morning from his local club in Ballyleague.
Pairc Sean Mc Diarmada in Carrick-on-Shannon is his first port of call, and from there he'll go to Sligo before crossing into Mayo.
He'll also visit Galway before heading back to finish his journey at Dr Hyde Park in Roscommon.
Fintan says he's looking forward to the journey, and meeting a few friends along the way:
