A Roscommon mental health charity is urging the public to download a new Mental Health App on their phones or tablet.
The Good Place Application is a resource for people who are in recovery, in crisis or for those who want to explore good mental health practices in their life.
When downloaded users can access a range of content such as local mental health services, podcasts, meditations and a mood tracker system.
The app was developed by Roscommon Mental Health with support from the Software Research Institute at TUS Athlone.
