Roscommon native defends Operation Transformation process

A Roscommon Operation Transformation participant has been defending the show's format after some concerns expressed this week.

There's been criticism in recent days that the show is focused too much on weight loss and targets, instead of a more holistic approach.

Some groups have said the show can actually bring distress to people who have eating disorders.

Garda Inspector Dave Cryan, who's from Tulsk, took part in the 2018 show series, and say he had a very positive experience.
