The Chief Executive of Lakeland Dairies Michael Hanley has announced his decision to retire in December.
The Strokestown native has worked with the co-op over the past 36 years.
He led the transformation of the group to become the second largest dairy processing co-op on the island of Ireland with revenues of €1.3 billion.
The Lakeland CEO says he feels it's the right time to make his decision following on from record annual financial results reported for 2021.
He says he's looking forward to much more time with family and friends in due course.
