Roscommon post office will leave its historic building next month and relocate to a nearby supermarket. An Post confirms it will move to Fleming's SuperValu on Main Street on March 14th.
There has been a public backlash over it leaving the landmark building on The Square - a protected structure built in 1911. Local Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice says he's disappointed it's moving:
