Members of the National Advocacy Service have vowed to continue strike action until a Labour Court recommendation is implemented.
The service - which supports adults with disabilities across Ireland - is on hold for a second week, in a strike over pay and conditions.
A protest took place today outside Citizens Information offices in Roscommon town calling on the board to accept the recommendation.
Louise Ward, a senior advocate in the western region, said members haven't received a pay increase since 2010.
She added it was regrettable those with disabilities were affected by ongoing strike action.
