Roscommon has recorded the highest jump in house prices across the country in the last year.
That's the finding of the latest Daft.ie property report which reveals the average cost of a home in the county now stands at €193,445.
Roscommon reported a rise of 10.8% in the space of 12 months.
Leitrim house prices rose by 4.6% since last year, with the average property now costing €171,718.
On average, house prices in Longford are now around €185,214.
Although each of the three Shannonside counties have recorded price increases, they still remain in the top four least expensive areas in the country.
The report also showed that Irish house prices have fallen in value for the first time since 2012.
It shows prices fell by 0.3% nationally in the first three months of this year.
