A Roscommon Senator says he's been reassured by Minister Eamon Ryan that there won't be any dilution of Just Transition Funds for local counties.
Senator Eugene Murphy says he raised concerns on the issue with Minister Ryan during an online meeting between the Minister, his officials, and local Oireachtas members this morning.
Eugene Murphy says he and the other Oireachtas members told Minister Ryan of the annoyance among local people about the lack of progress on projects that have been put forward.

He says he believes the Minister has taken the issues on board and will try to ensure progress is made.
