Urban areas are expected to see their water supply return fully by this evening.

Power has been restored to a number of water treatment plants in the region, with generators installed at sites that still do not have power.

The sails were torn off the 300-year-old structure.

The road has since re-opened.

Gerry Boland is one of those impacted - and it's the sixth time he's lost power in less than a year.
