Senator Murphy told the Seanad he wants Justice Minister Helen McEntee to debate the crisis in the chamber.

The plans will see a block of 16 existing car parking spaces selected to house the charging hub at Aras an Chontae.

The Fianna Fáil constituencies committee are due to meet this week to decide whether to add Murphy to the ticket.
