A Roscommon family who reached the final of Ireland's Fittest Family say they never anticipated being in the top four.
James, Lisa and Emma Cuddy along with mum Bernie put in a powerful performance on Sunday night missing out on the title following an eliminator challenge.
Mentored by former camogie star Anna Geary, The Cuddys were the first ever Roscommon entrants in the competition.
The Fuerty family trained twice weekly in preparation for the events and put their success down to climbing Sliabh Bawn as well as taking a dip in Port Runny.
Speaking on Let's talk, sisters Lisa and Emma say they won't be skipping training on Christmas Day.
