There are safety concerns for walkers in Mohill because of a very dangerous footpath, according to a councillor.
Independent Enda Stenson says the footpath from the town to the rowing centre at Lough Rynn needs urgent attention.
He wants the unfinished part of the walkway to be completed and lit before the winter.
Leitrim County Council says it can't afford the works, which could cost 250,000 euro - but Councillor Stenson says funding must be secured:
