Local farmers are to hold a protest tomorrow to highlight the damage caused by flooding along the Shannon Callows.
The Save Our Shannon Organisation is urging farmers across the region to support the demonstration at Meelick Weir in Galway.
It follows concerns up to 5,000 bales of hay and silage may be lost due to flooding along the river this Summer.
Locals and farmers are to gather at the Meelick Weir from 1 o'clock.
