A Roscommon property developer has been granted planning permission for a major new project beside Connolly train station in Dublin.
Ballymore, founded by Sean Mulryan, got the green light this week for their Connolly Quarter project.
The development will also provide facilities to St. Joseph’s O’Connell Boys GAA Club, and Docklands Boxing Club.
It's predicted that around 5,000 people will live in and or work in the area when completed.
