Serious concerns about the mental health services in Co Roscommon have been raised in the Dáil. Fianna Fáil TD and Ballygar GP, Martin Daly, says decisive action is needed to address the issue.
He says the sector is under-funded and that has led to staff shortages. The Roscommon-Galway TD says this is placing immense strain on the system:
