A major Shannonside dairy manufacturer has pleaded guilty to 10 charges relating to breaches of the Environmental Protection Act.
Ballaghaderreen-based Aurivo Dairy Ingredient, a subsidiary of Aurivo, was initially charged with 64 counts relating to breaches of its industrial emissions.
Appearing before Judge Kenneth Connolly at Roscommon Circuit Court on Tuesday, Aurivo Chairman Raymond Barlow pleaded guilty to ten sample charges on behalf of the company.
