Roscommon, Longford and Leitrim will be under a status yellow fog warning this evening.
It comes into effect from 6pm and will stay in place until 9am tomorrow.
The rest of the country is also under the same alert.

It comes after a week of sub-zero conditions, which led to the temporary closure of several schools this week.
Milder conditions are on the way next week.
