A new funding scheme has been announced to support local authorities to transform publicly owned vacant or derelict heritage buildings.
€120 million worth of funding was announced last week by the Northern and Western Regional assembly.
They will provide local authorities with funding of between €2m and €7m to refurbish disused heritage buildings in their areas.
