Sinn Féin will abstain during a vote on the renewal of the Special Criminal Court tonight.
That's according to Leitrim TD and Justice Spokesperson Martin Kenny.
The Dáil has to give it a 12-month extension every year, allowing it to oversee serious crime cases.
Sinn Féin was an outright opponent to the non-jury court, but dropped that policy last year.
Justice spokesman , Martin Kenny, says they still have issues with it and hope an independent review will address them.
