Slight drop in the number of homeless adults in Shannonside region

There's been a slight drop in the number of homeless adults in the Shannonside region. According to the latest release from the Department of Housing, a total of 42 adults accessed emergency accommodation at the end of March. This represents a drop on February's figure of 46.

17 adults in Longford, 14 in Leitrim, and 11 in Roscommon were reported homeless last month. Nationally, a new record high of over 13,800 people accessed emergency accommodation in March of this year
