The man accused of two murders and a serious assault in Sligo last week has been further remanded in custody after a court appearance today.
Yousef Palani of 10 Markievicz Heights, Sligo is accused of the killing of Roscommon man Aidan Moffit and Sligo Native Michael Snee, as well as the serious assault of another man.
He appeared before Sligo District Court this morning via video link from Harristown District Court in Roscommon.
The court heard today that Mr Palani had been assessed by a psychological expert following the defences motion for an urgent evaluation.
He's been remanded back to Castlerea Prison until 12th of May sitting of Sligo District Court.
