A Sligo-Leitrim Senator has hit out at Government Ministers over their response to Storm Éowyn.
Labour Party Spokesperson on Rural and Community Development Nessa Cosgrove says they must be prepared to accept shortcomings and apologise.
She was speaking during a Seanad debate on the Government response yesterday afternoon.
Senator Cosgrove highlighted damage done to power and communication networks and forestry.
She said damage had also been done to the relationship between the State and citizens who were impacted by the storm:
