The Department of Agriculture has announced a further extension to the slurry spreading period.
It was due to stop at the end of September, however due to the weather, it has been allowed until October 15th.
The Department says the decision has been made due to an assessment of evidence.
There have been a lot of questions raised recently over fertilisers and their effects on water supplies.
