An organisation whose Longford base was gutted in a fire on Sunday is hoping to reopen next week. The National Learning Network provided training for 50 people, with disabilities or mental health issues, in Grafton Court.
They occupied almost the entire top floor of the building that was badly damaged at the weekend. Employer based training instructor, Maureen Carberry, says she was devastated to see the damage:
Several businesses who are located across the road from the Longford fire are expected to be allowed to reopen today. They are in Midland Court, which is opposite fire-hit Grafton Court.
