There are still some homes and businesses without power across the Shannonside region this afternoon. It's now 18 days since Storm Éowyn hit, which saw over 700,000 without power in Ireland in the immediate aftermath. Most power has been restored however there are still outages being reported in Roscommon and Leitrim.
Some areas in Co. Leitrim which remain without power include Ballinamore and Aughavas. In Co. Roscommon, residents in the Ballinlough, Keadue and Ballyfarnon areas are some of the locations that have no power this lunchtime.
