A son of a Leitrim man killed in suspicious circumstances is disappointed by the delay in getting test results on blood found at the scene.
Liam Farrell, 87, died outside his Rooskey home in January 2020, and his family believes he was violently attacked.
Today marks five weeks since a team of private forensics, working for his son Peter Farrell, found blood in a shed at the back of his house.
Garda forensics were at the scene for eight hours the following day to test the blood.
Peter says he's disappointed he still doesn't know the results of their test.
