The emergency department at Sligo University Hospital is the 3rd busiest in the country today.
According to figures from the INMO, 39 people are waiting for a bed at the facility, just under Limerick and Cork University Hospitals.
INMO staff at University Hospital Galway are reporting 36 patients waiting on trolleys this morning.
Elsewhere in Galway, Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe has high numbers attending their A&E services with 17 people waiting for a bed.
Just below that, there are 13 on trolleys at the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar.
It's sister hospital in Tullamore is reporting no patients on trolleys as of this morning's INMO trolley watch count.
