The ESB is warning it will be several days before power is restored to everyone, as almost 31,000 homes and businesses in the Shannonside counties are still without electricity due to Storm Darragh.
Many of the faults have estimated restoration times of 7pm tomorrow.
But an ESB spokesperson warned: "Significant numbers may be without supply for a number days.
"Due to the severity and significant scale of the damage some customers could be without power for approximately a week."
Meanwhile, the weather has also impacted on water supplies, some of which have lost electricity (see below).

Certain Rail Services on the Sligo Dublin Line will operate at reduced speed tomorrow due to potential water and debris on the line.
Trees are down near the Clontuskert Abbey in Lanesboro.
A tree is down on the Lanesboro to Strokestown Road as well as the Roscommon to Lanesboro Road.
Motorists are urged to drive with caution and avoid journeys unless it is absolutely necessary.
A tree was reported to have fallen on the Battery Road in Longford Town and the route is closed.
Uisce Éireann customers in Co Longford may be experiencing disruptions to their water supply today as a result of power outages at water treatment plants caused by Storm Darragh.
Power outages have affected operations at the Smear Water Treatment Plant, the Lisrevagh Water Treatment Plant, and the Newtowncashel Water Treatment Plant.
Power has been restored to the Lanesborough Water Treatment Plant after an earlier outage.
As a result of the outages, customers in Longford may experience supply issues or intermittent outages over the course of the day.
Uisce Éireann is working with the ESB to restore power and return water supplies to normal levels as quickly as possible.

A second power outage at Carrick-on-Shannon Water Treatment Plant has hampered operations and caused disruptions to Uisce Éireann customers in South Leitrim.
Uisce Éireann is working with the ESB to restore power at the South Leitrim Water Treatment Plant in Carrick on Shannon and return water supplies to normal levels as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, an alternative water supply is been arranged for tomorrow and locations will be posted on our website at Uisce Éireann
Customers are reminded to use their own containers when taking water from tankers and to boil water before consumption as a precautionary measure.
Uisce Éireann’s Kevin Love assured customers that every effort is being to return a normal water supply to customers across Co Leitrim as quickly as possible.
“Power returned to the Carrick-on-Shannon Water Treatment Plant for a short time earlier today but there has been a second outage which has hampered operations at the plant. Our crews are working with the ESB to return a normal water supply to all our customers across Co Leitrim.”
