More businesses have expressed an interest in leasing a portion of the former MBNA offices in Carrick-on-Shannon, according to the IDA.
The building is now owned by Leitrim County Council and is called Carrick Business Campus.
1,200 people used to work there before the MBNA left Carrick - and the council is hopeful 700 will work there in the coming years.

Head of regional development at the IDA, Ray O'Connor, says more businesses have expressed an interest in moving there.
