Taoiseach Simon Harris let his hair down in Lough Key Forest Park in Boyle, Co Roscommon, last night for the Night and Day Festival.
He was greeted by the cathaoirleach of Roscommon County Council, Paschal Fitzmaurice, and senior members of Coillte.
He spent around four hours at the event.
Harris attended the funeral of former RTE journalist Tommie Gorman in Sligo earlier in the day.
The Night and Day Festival has been attended by over 2,000 people since Friday night, and wraps up tonight with some of the biggest names in Irish music taking to the stage.
Co-founder of the festival, Craig Hughes, says he was delighted with the Taoiseach's visit.
