British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is visiting Ireland today.
He'll meet the Taoiseach at Farmleigh House to discuss the North, the relationship between Ireland and Britain, and the war in Gaza.
This visit comes from an invitation that Simon Harris extended to Keir Starmer at his country home in Chequers, in July.
Back then, they celebrated a "reset" in Anglo-Irish relations. Today, the British Prime Minister will visit Farmleigh House in Dublin's Phoenix Park where he will be greeted by the Taoiseach and a bilateral meeting will be held.
They will discuss pressing international issues including the situation in Ukraine and Gaza. After that they will co-host a round table discussion with business representatives to hear the assessment of trends and opportunities across both islands.
They will attend the Ireland and England UEFA Nations League game in the Aviva Stadium - the first competitive match between both nations since the 1990s.
