A Leitrim TD is calling on the Justice Minister to allow the family of Father Niall Molloy draw a line under his killing.
The Roscommon priest died 36 years ago in the bedroom of Kilcoursey house in Clara County Offaly in July 1985.
While owner of the house Richard admitted to involvement in Fr Molloy's death, he was acquitted in court and questions remain over the suspicious circumstances and various accounts of what happened on the night of his death.
Following the conclusion of a two part documentary of the killing of Father Molloy this week, the family have renewed their calls for a Commission of Investigation into his death.
