The tender has been published by Leitrim County Council for a major public realm improvement scheme in Mohill.
Part Eight planning was voted on by councillors in November 2020 and it's hoped the works will enhance the town centre.
The objective is to make the pedestrian experience a more enjoyable experience for all ages, encouraging footfall, improving the connections between places of education, work, retail and community settings. It will also develop a new public space at the O'Carolan monument for community and festival events as well as conservation works to the curtilage of St. Mary's Church
The deadline for responses is the 23rd of December next.
