Hundreds are also still waiting for their water, phone coverage and broadband to be restored.

Thousands of homes, farms and businesses across the Shannonside region are now eleven days without power, since Storm Éowyn hit. Hundreds are also still waiting for their water, phone coverage and broadband to be restored. Roscommon and Leitrim remain two of the most affected counties in the country with power outages also still being reported in Longford. Parts of West Roscommon still have no electricity this morning in the likes of Castlerea, Frenchpark, Ballaghaderreen and Ballinlough. North Roscommon is also still impacted with locations on the outskirts of Boyle Town still without power with Keadue and parts of Arigna also affected.

In Co. Leitrim, many still remain without power due to Storm Éowyn. Ballinamore, Mohill, Carrigallen and parts of Drumsna are some of the worst affected areas this morning. The situation in Co. Longford has improved over the weekend however there are may homes and businesses still without power. Ballinalee, Legan and parts of Mullinalaghta are some of the places in the county that remain impacted following the storm.
