Almost 1,300 women were waiting for gynaecology appointments at Mullingar hospital at the end of January.
Another 853 were waiting for appointments at Portiuncula hospital, and 960 women were on the list to be seen at Sligo hospital.
The figures were obtained by Longford/Westmeath Deputy Sorca Clarke who described them as a 'scandal'.
The figures released to the Sinn Fein TD show that 1,298 women were waiting for outpatient gynaecology appointments at Mullingar on the 27th of March this year, with an average waiting time of 179 days, or over six months.
The 853 women at Portiuncula hospital in January had a similar wait time of six months, or 172 days, and the 960 women waiting for outpatients gynae appointments at Sligo hospital had a waiting time of almost a year.
There are just over 2,000 women waiting for appointments at Galway University Hospitals and the average wait times are almost 8 months there.
All of the waiting times have increased over the past year.
Deputy Clarke says the Health minister must act to end these spiralling lists, saying they are creating the 'perfect storm' in Women's Healthcare.
