Three people have been arrested after a Garda car chase in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
A stinger device was deployed in Finglas to bring the car to a halt.
At around 12.30am a car failed to stop for gardai in Lucan.
It sped off from the scene, with gardai saying a "managed containment operation ensued".
A stinger device was deployed on the N2 at Charleston Place in Finglas and the car, which had been stolen, was brought to a halt.
A man in his late teens and two teenage boys were arrested.
The man in his late teens has been charged and is due in court at a later date, while the other to have been released and referred to the Youth Diversion Programme.
