Tributes are being paid to a Roscommon man who was killed in a road crash in Donegal this week.
Ballyfarnon native Ronan Healy was killed in a crash between a van and car on the N15 at Ballymagroarty in Ballintra at around 8 o'clock on Thursday morning.
He was brought to Sligo University Hospital with critical injuries but passed away on Thursday afternoon.
The married father of one had been living in Sligo most recently with his family and St Ronan's GAA club, where Mr Healy was a well-known player and mentor, have paid tribute to him on Facebook.
He has been described as one of "the best and most dedicated players to wear the blue" who was "a lovely gentle guy who was liked and loved by all who had the pleasure of being in his company."
No funeral details for Mr Healy have yet been announced.
