The Technological University of the Shannon has entered into a partnership agreement with a Malaysian University.
TUS has signed the agreement with the Tunku Abdul Rahmen University of Management and Technology in the South East Asian Country.
As part of the agreement, both institutes will co-operate on issues including study tours, student and academic personnel exchange, pathway programmes and R&D projects.

TAR U.M.T is a well know business and industries based university, with its main campus located in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.
According to TUS, Over 120 students from Malaysia and South East Asia are studying across its six campuses, with 50 students from TAR U.M.T studying in TUS in the last 10 years.
