Two buildings in north Roscommon, with 46 beds for Ukrainian refugees, are due to be completed by the end of this month.
The Emergency Refurbishment Ukraine Project allows public and private buildings to be upgraded to accommodate Ukrainian refugees.
Two properties in Co Roscommon are due to be delivered under this programme by the end of this month.
They are Croghan Old National School, which has 15 beds, and Doyle's in Cootehall, with 31 beds.
The Department of Integration has approved the bed-management plans for both properties.
The council says they're both in Croghan and Cootehall villages and are served by schools and a local link to larger towns.
Separately, the local authority says there are around 1,702 Ukrainians living in the county at the moment.
A total of 585 are living in state-provided accommodation, like hotels.
And 678 are staying in 220 private homes, under the Offer a Home scheme.
And 91 are in accommodation provided by other organisations, like the Irish Red Cross.
The council says it appears there are some Ukrainians living in accommodation that have not come to their attention.
