Two cars seized following investigation of discovered body in Roscommon

Investigations are continuing in Roscommon following the discovery of the body of a woman in her 50s.
She was found on lands at Curraghaleen near Athlone yesterday afternoon.

Two cars have been seized and examinations are taking place at the scene, as well as a home in Athlone.
A post mortem exam will now take place at University Hospital Galway, with officers saying investigations are ongoing.
