Two people have died after separate crashes overnight.
They happened in Kildare and Tipperary.
A motorcyclist, a man in his 70s was killed Derrycrib area of Donadea in county Kildare.
It happened at around 6pm on the road from Timahoe to Donadea.
The victim's body was taken to Naas General Hospital for a post mortem to take place.
Separately, a man died in a crash near Carrick-on-Suir on the Mainstown to Faugheen Road.
This incident happened at around 9pm.
The man in his 40s was the driver of the car in the single vehicle crash.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his remains taken to Tipperary General Hospital.
Any witnesses to either incident is asked to contact Gardaí.
