Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of Ian McDonnell in a business park in Clondalkin in Dublin last month.
The Roscommon native noticed his car was being stolen, at around 6.15pm on Sunday the 23rd of January, on the Robinhood Road, and tried to intervene and was struck by the vehicle.
He was taken to Tallaght Hospital, where he died five days later.

They're being questioned at Garda Stations in the south west area of Dublin, and can be held for up to 24 hours.
